"On March 25-26, 2015, the Open Ukraine Foundation organizes the 3rd Youth Kyiv Security Forum.
The Forum is a platform, supported by Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, for discussion by young experts of current issues of international relations and foreign policy of Ukraine. You can read more information about the program here: http://openukraine.org/en/project/open/id/2
The topic of this year`s Forum is «New generation role for peace and security».
During the Forum you will be able to attend lectures and discussions with Ukrainian and foreign politicians, diplomats and experts in foreign and security policy. Besides, there will be several workshops and good opportunity to network with Ukrainian and international peers.
Eligibility: 18-35 years old, strong command in English, interest in international security issues, some experience in researching Ukraine, NATO, Central and Eastern Europe is a preference. Applicants can be from around the world, however, priority will be given to those from the Central and Eastern Europe, Western Balkans and South Caucasus.
5 best applicants will be granted with a scholarship to cover travel, food and accommodation expenses. 10 applicants will have a scholarship to cover food and accommodation during the Forum.
All interested persons must send their CV and short motivation letter (no more than 200 words) to the Forum`s coordinators Ms. Ramina Shut (rs@openukraine.org) and Ms. Anna Melenchuk (am@openukraine.org). Deadline for applications: as soon as possible, no later than March 15, 2015."
